In compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its regulations, and other applicable rules, we hereby state that all companies within Grupo Lafken are committed to directing their resources and management toward the effective safeguarding of the fundamental rights of patients and data subjects, upholding the principles of lawfulness, consent, purpose limitation, data quality, and security when processing third parties' personal data.

All personal data will be recorded in manual and/or computerized databases owned by Grupo Lafken, for use in its business operations, including the commercialization and distribution of medications through its pharmacy network; utilization review and management; medical auditing; adherence monitoring for chronic patients in specialized therapies; storage and distribution of drugs for clinical trials; and the import of compassionate-use medications. Data may also be shared with or processed by third parties when strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, in which case the data recipient or processor must guarantee the same security standard applied by Grupo Lafken.

The right to access, rectify, object to, and request deletion of your data may be exercised through a written request submitted at our offices or by email to info@lafken.com
